The best person to be proud of is yourself, and where you are today. 

It’s all by grace.

Don’t be arrogant, but be proud of yourself. 

Arrogance leads to nothing but strife, but wisdom is gained by those who take advice.

Stay away from a foolish person; you will gain no knowledge from his speech. 

A wise person is cautious and turns from evil, but a fool is easily angered and careless. 

The central truth of life is no one created himself, and no one will live forever. We are all strangers on this earth and no one is in control of anything on this earth.

Not even kings, kingdoms, world leaders, and governments they are all not in control of things on this earth.

Only the God of creation through Jesus Christ is in control of everything on this earth.
